Electrician Update

Did you check out the book club blog this week? A friend and fellow book clubber was kind enough to share her thoughts on the book. For July, we're going to be reading Castaway Kid: One Man's Search for Hope and Home in case you want to get a head start on hunting down the book. I heard about this book from Room for More. (They are family friends who actually now live in the house I grew up in.)

Now for what this post is really about...

You've been wondering if Mr Robertson Electric is doing any electrical work these day, haven't you? Well, he has! Actually just over a day after we moved back he headed out the door to go brighten someone's life with more lights. It was actually a few weeks ago and a very crazy week, so I don't exactly know what he did. I do know he worked all week and the next and most of the next. God keeps providing work for him. It's quite interesting to watch.

Seriously, this guy has exerted more physical energy this year than a lot of guys out there between helping out on the farm, electrical work and moving; so thankfully this weekend he also had some time to eat a steak dinner fit for a king, and to  relax and catch some walleye and catfish.

Now this week he's back to work, changing people's ballasts, upgrading panels and answering phone calls about scrap wire.

this electrician needs more fishing time. When can we go? I'm gearing up and am in need of sitting and watching the fishing lines (and eating Dakota Style Sunflower Seeds).
